I am currently pursuing my PhD studies in Finance. My wide experience in the academia is founded on the lengthy period of learning I have gone through and the relevant disciplines I have covered. I have an MBA in Finance and an undergraduate degree in Education. Further, I am a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of the Certified Public Accountants. I have been in the teaching profession for close to two decades. I taught Math & Economics in High Schools for over 13 years before I joined Colleges. I also tutor Accounting & Finance online in other prominent sites. I have been both an internal & external examiner in Math, Accounting & Finance for over a decade where my work involved setting and marking student's scripts. For these reasons, I have all it takes to demystify concepts that students feel complex. Equipped with pedagogical skills, I simplify abstract concepts to realities. After all, the breakdown of the mega-problem into simple, digestible ideas will enable the learner to synthesize the solution. My answers are articulated to be simplified and custom-made to suit the level of the learner. I advocate for the use of mnemonic devices to facilitate internalization of the concept, as opposed to cramming.
