Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Operations work.
* Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operational work.
* Serves as communication channel between Experts and Client
* Presents results to his superiors, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals.
* Responsible for build a strong network / relationship with clients.
* Should have skills to aid in proposals, documentation.
* Follow ups with prospects on regular basis.
* Able to follow sales life-cycle and open up new leads on regular basis.
Required Skill Set
* Fresher OR experience preferably in IT Sector.
* Fluent oral and written English
* Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
* Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
* Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
