The criteria which enthuses students to concentrate better on certain subjects are the ways in which they are taught and information presented by the tutors which will create positive feedback in the minds of the students on learning the subjects in a less cumbersome manner. Thus, teaching is one of the techniques of improving the knowledge and capabilities of students with effort from teachers. Considering classroom teaching in which there will be many students vying for the attention of a single teacher, online teaching concentrates on one-to-one or focuses on individual attention of the tutors on a single student during the entire session. The tutors could also earn the same amount of money for a session even if they teach many students at the same time or a single student within the time frame of a single session.
Online teaching and Online teaching Jobs both has several distinct features in comparison to regular ones. One of the important variations is that the place of learning is from the comfort of the homes of students and similarly for tutors, they could operate directly from their homes in any part of the globe. This facility enables the tutors to accept the scheduling of sessions at any time of the day, to meet the demands of the students and according to their convenience.
One more feature which is to the merit of online teaching is the individual attention paid to each student as the session is highly distinctive involving only a single student and the focused attention of the tutor is only on the student. The sessions involve discussion oriented aspects which ensures student participation and clarification of doubts immediately compared to the traditional classroom teaching in which the tutors encourage doubts clarification only at the end of the session, which sometimes will not be feasible due to time constraint. While in an online session, minutes are already planned such that at the end of each session, the students can rectify any misconceptions held by them and proceed with the knowledge imbibing process.
The attitude of the students towards the session is that of knowledge gaining which involves the role of teachers to a greater extent and warrants good interactions with students during sessions to know the actual information known by the students. Tutors also dedicate preparation time for each session, with either power point presentation or video sessions to make the concept of learning livelier and to provide a congenial learning atmosphere for students, with the aim of mutual satisfaction for both students and tutors.
The time spent by the tutors for each session including preparation time would be minimum when compared to the commuting time of tutors to schools which makes online tutoring one of the smart options available with value for money, thus motivating many tutors to join this stream of online education instead of toiling in schools, with long working hours and extra sessions, without any benefit for the tutors.
The website which offers the position of online tutoring also provides other additional tasks such as assignment and homework completion, for which the tutors are paid extra, which is lucrative and completely satisfactory for the tutors as they can utilize their extra time in writing assignments and simultaneously earn doing that job. The mandatory aspects of any tutoring position is the presence of the required qualification in the subject, meaning the tutor should be a subject-matter expert, should possess necessary experience and a bent of mind to teach online. Possessing basic computer skills is an added advantage, but nevertheless, the tutors will develop those aspects during the course of their involvement in tutoring online.
Prompt logging in is expected of the tutors during each session, such that the students are not made to wait for long. This also ensures popularity of the tutors in terms of their punctuality and leads to better payment schedules for such tutors, without having to deduct for late logging in.
Cancellation of sessions could be done either by the tutor or by the student and compensatory sessions will be schedules so that there will not be any loss of income for the tutor and students need not fear losing the teaching of any part of the topic. This is again a major criterion of merit found only in online tutoring, where according to the convenience of students and tutors, rescheduling of sessions could be made possible, so that students will not lose any of the topics taught.
Thus the website ensures that tutors are well paid for each session as they incorporate their time and effort in making online tutoring jobs and Assignment Writing Jobs plausible.
